Staging Services
After a free on-site evaluation, Sold Home Décor presents a proposal for staging which may include using some existing furnishings and bringing in complementary pieces, or bringing in complete furnishings and accessories to create a stylish, coordinated look.
Staging service fees range according to the size of home, travel time and ease of access to the home, and level of enhancement with Sold Home Décor items. Average fee ranges:
Project design fee:
$1,000-$1,500
Moving fee: $800-$1,300
Monthly décor rental:
$400-$900
